Do With Me is an iOS app published by PRPL Solutions Inc. ("PRPL Solutions", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app. These terms cover the app specifically; the company terms of service cover everything else PRPL Solutions offers.
An account rests on Sign in with Apple, on a phone number you have verified by SMS code, or on both. You are responsible for keeping access to whichever one you used, because possession of it is what proves the account is yours. Tell us at hello@prplsolutions.com if you believe somebody else has access to it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Do With Me, and you must give a phone number that is yours to give.
When you enter your phone number during sign-up you are asking us to send you a one-time verification code by SMS. That code is the only message the app sends. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not share your number with anyone for marketing.
Subscribers will opt in via www.prplsolutions.com/dowithme to receive verification messages from PRPL Solutions Inc., powered by AWS Notify. Message frequency may vary per user.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A task is shared with the people in it. Everyone in a task can see its name, its history, who else is in it and whether each person has checked in for the window that is running. The person who made a task can remove anybody but themselves; past check-ins stay in the history and the streak carries on for whoever is left. Do not put anything in a task name or a check-in that you would not want the other people in that task to read.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Do With Me may offer a paid streak restore. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. A restore is a cosmetic repair to a shared streak and buys nothing else.
We work to keep Do With Me running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that a notification will arrive, or that a verification message will be delivered by any particular carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, and PRPL Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. A streak is a record we keep, not a promise we insure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which removes your account and everything the app stored on your phone. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Sections 5, 7 and 9 survive the end of your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
