Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of an engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement. Specific confidentiality terms may be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRPL Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
